We recently used Palmetto Home Remodels for our kitchen. I cannot express how happy we were with every aspect of this process. From the initial consultation Nick was super easy to work with. He started the job when promised and came in under the projected end date. He sent highly skilled workers who were knowledgeable in all aspects of remodeling (Preston and Dave). They were neat and had some good ideas we ended up incorporating into our design. Use these guys for any job!! You will not be sorry!!

Nick and his team did a fantastic job. We managed an entire house renovation from repairing the foundation to a new roof and EVERYTHING in between all from 600 miles away. We have worked with numerous contractors before, and Palemetto Home Remodels is hands down the best. There was constant and open communication, they respected our budget and timeframe and produced superior results. Trust me when I say this house was in severely bad shape when we bought it. Now, you wouldn’t even recognize it!

Mark, Nick and team are true professionals. They are talented, fun to work with, timely, and have build us the most functional and beautiful bathroom we have ever had. They took a typical track home bathroom with a tiny shower and tub and turned it into a luxurious bathroom with a giant walk in shower. It looks like it belongs in Better Homes and Gardens magazine!

We had our Master bathroom completely remodeled to include a large walk-in multi-head, quartz-tiled shower--a new large custom linen closet with dual pull-out hampers and a brand new double sink vanity complete with tower and quartz top. Additional little improvements were ceiling light/fans, dimmer switches wherever they were needed in the house and raising the dryer to a back/neck easing level!

Communication was great. All members of the team were always on time and had great work ethic and attention to details as well as a clean-up at each days' end. We highly recommend these honest reliable guys at Palmetto to do work needed from a large project to small... they can do it all and everyone ends up smiling ... a job truly well done. You will not be disappointed trusting Palmetto!!!

Very Happy with our new handicapped accessible bathroom. Recent life changes have us caring for an elderly parent who needed this bathroom desperately. They worked to fill us in on the schedule as soon as they could and were quick and efficient completing the job. We will bring them back for future projects.

We worked with Palmetto Home Remodels staff in the design through construction of two additions to our home. The first was a beautiful and cozy den with vaulted ceiling of exposed tung and groove White Pine 😀.

The second was a large addition to our master bedroom that is a walk-in closet, our office and workout area. 😀.

Between the two is our new screened in patio. We couldn't be happier. It is like a brand new home.

There was no a category for major home transformation. Mark and his team built two significant additions, a large under-roof screened in patio as well as new flooring throughout the main house. Then added a new roof and amazing composite siding. My family, friends and neighbors are all praising the quality of both the work but also, the professional planning, design and execution of this major project.
